Quality

In order to manage as well as possible all the knowledge acquired since the Company was founded and to pass it on the new employees so that they could fully meet our Customers’ requirements, a Quality Insurance Plan has been established in 1996, on basis of the ISO 9000 Standard. This Q.I.P applies as well to standard parts (nuts & bolts complying with ISO, DIN …) as to special parts (parts achieved from a drawing or developed by our Method Department). In this last case, on Customer’s request, we establish new manufacturing and inspection processes that comply with his technical specifications.

Surface coatings  Warm galvanizing : Immersion in a bath of melt zinc, and cleaning of the threaded parts. Protective thickness : 70 µ mini, very high resistance to the corrosion (several decades outside)  Zinc plating : 5 to 15 µ zinc coat plating. This coat may have different aspects : white or black zinc, yellow bichromate plating …  Other coatings < : Further coatings also are possible, such as rilsanization or paint on parts galvanized or not (Dacromet) …

Production means Our equipment is composed of :  80 to 250 ton forging presses  15 to 100 ton swan-neck presses  automatic shears and saws  M8 to M60 cold deformation threading machines (M100 possible in certain cases)  thread cutting machines  numerical control lathes  heating devices : induction generators and gas furnaces  special machining, tapping, boring, milling appliances …
